Privacy Policy

OpenClaw Access is a private, single-user integration operated by Peter Yates for his own personal use. It allows Peter’s personal AI assistant software, OpenClaw, running on a private server, to access his own Google account, [email protected]. It is not offered to the public and does not process other users’ data.

Google information accessed

Only after Peter explicitly consents on Google’s consent screen, OpenClaw Access can access information in his account through Google APIs, including Gmail (read, label and modify), Calendar, Drive and Docs, Sheets and Slides, Contacts, Tasks, Forms, YouTube (read-only), Meet, Analytics, Search Console, Drive Activity and Drive Labels.

How information is used

Information is used solely to carry out tasks Peter requests, such as searching his email, downloading a file or managing his calendar. It is not used for advertising, sold, shared with anyone, or used to train general-purpose AI or machine-learning models.

When Peter asks the assistant to perform a task, relevant content may be processed by the AI model providers he uses for that assistant, currently OpenAI and Anthropic, only to fulfil that request.

Storage and retention

OAuth tokens are stored on a private server under Peter’s control and are not shared with third parties. Information is retained only as needed to complete requested tasks.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Revoking access and questions

Peter can revoke OpenClaw Access’s access to his Google Account at Google Account permissions. For questions about this policy, contact [email protected].
